Step 1 Manuscript Preparation
Your manuscript must be prepared according to the guidelines specified at the website below
The page limit of a manuscript is 6 pages.
Step 2 Manuscript PDF Formatting
To meet the IEEE PDF standard, you must use the following free web service to convert your paper in MS Word or Latex into the required PDF format.

First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users
2. Enter the following:
● 38461X for the Conference ID
● your email address
● a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
The converted PDF version of your paper will be emailed to you within a few hours.
Previous users need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Step 3 Manuscript Submission
To submit paper, you will need to create an account at https://www.edas.info.
First, if you are a new user of EDAS, follow the instructions there to upload your manuscript in IEEE PDF format (created in Steps 1 and 2).
Please make it sure your paper is submitted to M2VIP2016 as EDAS serves a lot of different conferences at the same time.
Please also record the paper ID assigned to you by EDAS for future conference registration and correspondence with the conference program chair (Prof Tom Moir, via email email@example.com or Prof Xingsong Wang, via email firstname.lastname@example.org).
All the papers presented at the conference will be published in DVD proceedings that will be published in IEEE Xplore, indexed by EI. Moreover, a majority of the papers presented, subject to authors’ permission, will be published in International Journal of Intelligent Systems Technologies and Applications (IJISTA) and International Journal of Biomechatronics and Biomedical Robotics (IJBBR), Inderscience Publishers, UK, indexed in Computer and Information Systems, DBLP Computer Science Bibliography, Google Scholar, Inspect and Pascal (and SCI in process).
